Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our West Midlands Warehouse at midday each day. Orders received and paid for before that time will be dispatched on the same day, orders received after will be dispatched next day. You will know your item has been dispatched as we will update the order status to say 'dispatched'. In the very rare event that this is not possible due to unforseen circumstances (earthquake, volcano, plague of locusts, etc.) we will contact you with our sincerest apologies and arrange to send as soon as we can.

Items which are sent using Royal Mail Signed For will require a signature for delivery. If nobody is at home to sign for the for the package it will be held at the local postal centre awaiting collection or redelivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their local post office for undelivered items. We do not accept liability for items returned to us due to the buyer's failure to collect or arrange redelivery.

If you are concerned about the late arrival of your item you are welcome to contact us if your product was sent using 'signed for' or 'special delivery', and we can check the tracking for your item to see if there is a problem. Royal Mail doesn't recognise packages as being lost or delayed until 3 weeks after date of posting (4 weeks for parcels sent to Europe and 5 weeks for the rest of the world). If you chose for your item to be sent without tracking you will be required to wait until Royal Mail confirms your item as lost before we can send a new item to you or offer a refund. For this reason we highly recommend buyers to use tracked or signed for delivery, or if the item is urgent, special next day delivery.
